Natalie helped with advice after sale for the firta car seat (issue with our older child's houdini skills), reassuring us about head position and safety, and then more recently helped us get the absolute perfect seat for both our child and the car and checked the previous carseat at the same time - our little one is so much happier in the new seat! Purchased a new seat from here for my baby and shipped to Northern Ireland. Speed of delivery was excellent and seat arrived in a couple of days.
