When in Poland... cook like a local! @avionaut.uk treated us to a hands-on cooking workshop in Jamno, just outside Częstochowa—and I can now officially say I’ve made beetroot soup, Polish pierogi, and baked cheesecake from scratch! We were guided by the amazing Chef Anna Kawa-Kulyk, a Top 3 Polish MasterChef finalist—safe to say we were in expert hands! What another amazing day here in Poland! This morning, I made my way to Szarlejka for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at how @avionaut.uk designs and manufactures some of the safest car seats on the market. Seeing the entire process—from precision engineering to the final touches—was absolutely fascinating. The level of care, detail, and innovation poured into each seat is nothing short of inspiring. My next stop was Kłobuck, where I had the chance to visit Avionaut’s crash test facility. Watching their seats undergo such rigorous and high-impact testing was both mind-blowing and deeply reassuring. It’s clear that Avionaut’s commitment to child safety is more than just a mission—it’s a mindset. There’s still so much more to share from this incredible trip—I plan to share more updates soon!
